In December 2022, United Way of Greater Atlanta awarded grants to Cycle 2 grantees. Awards were distributed to organizations that advance strategies within the fInvestment Priority areas.

CareerReady ATL was launched by the United Way of Greater Atlanta (UWGA) in alignment to their College and Career Ready investment priority which aims to improve the college and career readiness for 15,000 youth.

OUT Georgia Business Alliance and United Way of Greater Atlanta launched the OUT Georgia Impact Fund because of the critical importance to drive meaningful, measurable, and lasting impact for LGBTQ+ individuals, youth, families, and communities across the Greater Atlanta Region.

"My desire to give back to young people in communities that may have a need for greater resources is something I’ve been a part of for most of my adult life. Moving to Atlanta and learning about AAP made me excited to have a chance to join the team."
